WHERE ARE YOUR GARMENTS MADE?
All of our garments are made at our factory in Detroit, MI with 100% cotton fabric sourced from the U.S.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
10 items per size is our current minimum for wholesale blanks. Lower quantities can be purchased from the sample store.
WHAT IS GARMENT/PIGMENT DYE?
Garment dye is a dyeing process where the garment is dyed after construction. We use pigment dye during this process, which results in a washed or vintage look and feel.
WILL YOU MY MANUFACTURE MY CUSTOM GARMENT?
We private label manufacture for a select group of brands. Our minimums begin at 500 units. Please send an email to info@softgoodsdetroit.com to explore a partnership.
CAN I CUSTOM DYE MY GARMENTS?
Similar to our private label program, we can custom dye your garments at a minimum of 500 units. Please send an email to info@softgoodsdetroit.com to explore.
HOW ARE YOU SUSTAINABLE?
Garment manufacturing is a material intensive industry. It is no secret that the fashion industry contributes to a large amount of pollution each year. We strive to do our part to minimize our environmental footprint by implementing sustainable practices: Our local supply chain reduces freight and shipping. We have a recycling program for fabric scraps to ensure every inch of fabric is used. Garment dyeing on demand allows us to simplify our inventory and minimize deadstock. Garment dyeing is done in accordance with local regulations to ensure water can be treated and reused. We manufacture premium garments that will stand the test of time and reduce your need to purchase additional garments.
Do you accept other forms of payment?
For larger orders, we accept ACH payments or bank transfers. Please send an email to info@softgoodsdetroit.com to request alternative payment.
DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
If you are reselling our garments, you may be tax exempt. Please create an account on our website to begin this process. We will reach out to you to verify your proof of reseller/tax exempt forms.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently we only ship in the U.S.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We begin processing your order within 24 hours of receiving it. If you purchased Natural items, they will ship within 1-2 business days. If you purchased garment dyed items, they will ship within 10-15 business days.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
